Ingredients:
1 package of chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies
8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
1. Crush 9 cookies into fine crumbs by placing in a resealable plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Set aside. Crush the remaining package of cookies and place in a medium bowl. Add softened cream cheese and mix until well-blended. Roll mixture into roughly 40 balls. 1 inch diameter each.
2. Dip balls into melted chocolate. Place on wax paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed cookies set aside earlier.
3. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Enjoy!

How long do you think these will last before going bad? I want to make them for gifts, but don't want them to be no good or wait until the very last moment if I don't need to. These sound sooooo good.
